Colocaram em um quarto diferente da foto anunciada, mais uma vez (na estadia passada também), inferior, pequeno em tudo, com acabamento inferior. Reclamei na recepção e a resposta de sempre é que o hotel está lotado, logo não dá para trocar de quarto. Falar com gerente é inútil, pois não dão bola, nem retornam, pura desconsideração. O hotel tem programa de convênio com a Prefeitura para moradia de idosos carentes, lotam o hotel, ficando as áreas comuns todas ocupadas. Deveriam avisar nos anúncios, que possuem essa situação, de convívio de hóspedes com moradores de programa de governo. Belo programa de ajuda da Prefeitura, parabéns, mas futuros hóspedes deveriam saber dessa situação, antes de optarem pelo Hotel, que na verdade tem uso misto: hospedagem e moradia de programa social.

Hotel no centro da cidade, a localização boa mas perigoso , mesmo com policiamento na frente do hotel. Todos os uber que peguei me alertaram para tomar muito cuidado, ao entrar e sair. Os funcionários muito educados, bem limpo( mesmo sendo antigo). Café da manhã simples, porém bem gostoso e tudo bem fresquinho.

boa localização, com boa segurança e atendimento
Gostei da localização, próxima a tudo. Embora haja muitos moradores de rua na região, a presença policial é significativa devido à proximidade de um prédio da polícia, inclusive com policiais hospedados no hotel. Os quartos e roupas de cama são limpos. O único problema que tive foi a água do box do chuveiro vazar um pouco para a área da pia/vaso sanitário, mas a recepção prontamente forneceu toalhas extras de piso e resolveu o problema. Os funcionários da recepção são ótimos. O café da manhã é simples, mas oferece uma boa variedade de itens essenciais. O estacionamento não fica no prédio do hotel, mas a apenas alguns metros na mesma rua, em um edifício garagem com serviço de manobrista.

Foi uma estadia rápida, o quarto bem grande, porém o box muito pequeno e apertado mesmo o banheiro tbm sendo grande. Café da manhã bem simples, podia ser melhor para a categoria de hotel. A localização é boa apesar dessa parte em seus arredores ter uma energia mais carregada, policiamento na porta do hotel que é uma boa.
