A pousada da impressão que esta abandonada. Muita coisa estragada (refeitório, chale, recepção, corredor de acesso péssimo). Os funcionários são otimos e atenciosos, o café da manhã em uma escala de 0 a 10 eu daria 7. O custo beneficio ficou negativo.

Gostei muito. A pousada e os chalés em si são bem agradáveis e aconchegantes, apesar de simples. O café da manhã é muito bom e completo. A área da piscina é muito boa tbm. Amei a piscina. O atendimento foi maravilhoso; todos muito gentis. A única parte ruim é a localização. As ruas naquela região são muito esburacadas e quando chove vira um lamaçal, mas isso não é culpa da hospedagem. Voltaria com certeza

A pousada carece de muito cuidado e atenção. As fotos não condizem com a realidade. Falta manutenção e zelo. Nosso chalé tinha itens quebrados como porta de banheiro e vaso sanitário. Falta acabamento e conforto. Os funcionários não estão motivados em estar alí. Não repito e não tenho como recomendar.
