We were sent the codes for the apartment doors the day before we arrived, unfortunately we had a problem with our door but it was all sorted within 30 minutes of sending a message to them via hotels.com the restaurants that were nearby were excellent, there is a great little pizzeria downstairs, a Portuguese restaurant Londres in the same road and another left out of the apartment buildings and then left again and it’s on the right corner opposite the gardens. All amenities in the room were as mentioned and we had a great little balcony which was great the sit on in the afternoon after our long hike

Great location, clean large room. Good breakfast. Nice and friendly front desk lady.

Amazing ! Everything from the facilities, the view, the staff, and the breakfast. Plenty of parking and they also have daily planned activities that you can participate.

Great staff, beautiful grounds in a really great area. You can walk down to the water where there are many restaurants for dinner. It’s near the main highway (which is quiet) so you can get around the island quickly. Only thing we kind of wish the rooms had was a mini fridge for snacks, but rooms aren’t huge so understandable. The breakfast is very fresh and such a nice touch.

The bathroom could do with a glass panel - curtain is outdated! The hairdryer was poor and didn’t work well. Pillows were poor quality . Could do with a kettle in the room with some tea gags and coffee

Incredible location, right at the starting point of hiking trails. Breathtaking views. Delicious food. Super friendly and accommodating staff members!
