Really comfortable stay, loved that it was close to everything walking wise. We also rented a car and parking was relatively easy and inexpensive in the parking garage behind the hotel. There’s an airport shuttle bus about 5 min walk from the hotel across from Coconomo mall.

Great location. Airport bus drops off and picks up minutes away. In the heart of the susukino area. It was exactly what i was looking for. Also used this chain for my stay in Kyoto the year before. Good breakfast too.

Very convenient location in Susukino. Walkable to Nijo as well as Pole Town and the new Cocono shopping mall. Two subway stations close by, and not far from the airport limousine stop.

We will there for 4 nites. The first day we check in and realized the air con is not cold. Contacted the floor manager and he immediately came to check. As all the non smoking room are fully booked, my husband suggest we stay one nite and see. The floor manager make the initiative to follow up with us the next day to check on the room. Very prompt service by the floor manager. 👍👍👍 Approached the reception to book a cab to Sapporo station and also got to check on the bus stop location to Onsen. The guy staff in his 50 very prompt and helpful in providing the information and service to me. Will recommend to friends 👍👍

Convenient walking distance to attractions like Nijo Fish Market, Tanukikoji shopping arcade, and Susukino train station. Many dining options. Little further walk to Odori Park (or catch the commuter subway line, exit is 1/2 block from hotel). Excellent value and amenities for the price.
