日ハム対西武戦の観戦目的でしたので交通の便が最高に良い、戻り時間が遅くなったのですが入口も分かり易くてホッとしました。 ただ到着して事前チェックインしたのにも関わらずカードキーの作成で忘れられてしまって、気付いたら自分達だけ残されてたのが寂しかったです。。他は満足でした！

お盆シーズンに札幌観光で使わせて頂きました。やはり日ハムブランドが前面に押し出たホテルなのもあってか札幌のホテルよりは外国人利用者が少ない感じで、非常に静かな環境で過ごすことができました。 設備も綺麗で掃除も行き届いており、駅からのアクセスも雨の日に傘を使わずに済む便利さで良かったです。 基本的にフロントには人がいないので、何でもかんでも尋ねないと解決しないという人よりは、ある程度旅慣れしている人が利用するホテルかなと思いました。

全てにおいて最新です チェックイン、アウトも対面式ではなくタッチパネルです。もちろんスタッフの方がいらっしゃるので教えて頂けます。お部屋のカードキーは自分の持っているSuicaなどの交通カードがカードキーとして使うことができ、なければカードキーを頂けます。アメニティはタッチパネルの右側に用意されてます。エレベターですが、カードキーを使うのは他のホテルと変わらないのですが、上手く読み込まないと、他の方が押した階に行ったりするので氣をつけてください。ウェルカムドリンクもありました。エスコンビューのお部屋だったので、夜景もキレイでした。野球ファンの方にはたまらないホテルですね。リピ確定です。2泊お世話になりました
