A localização e o espaço eram ótimos, porém, a estação de trem ao lado fazia um apito a cada pessoa que passava. Ou seja, o barulho era desagradável e começava ainda de madrugada

テレビが突然見れなくなって、フロントに連絡も部屋に備え付けの電話が無く自分の携帯で連絡。 直ぐに対応して頂いたが、よくある事象とのことあった。 ちょうどいい場面が見れずだし、早めに修理をお願いします。

札幌コンベンションセンターに通う必要があり宿泊しました。 建物自体は古いのですが、リノベーションしてあります。 フィンランド式サウナが90分貸切できて最高でした。女性のみ予約貸切制です。

トイレの流す音が大きいです。 隣がイオンで、タクシー乗り場があるのがいいです。 向かいには、美味しいと評判の回転すし屋さんがあったもいいです。 ツインの部屋が広くてよかったです。

スタッフの方は対応が良。おそうじが完璧であれば◎
スタッフの方もおそうじの方も対応がよかったです。サウナのお部屋にクーラーがなく汗が引かず気持ち悪かったのでせめて扇風機は設置していただきたかったです。ドライヤーのクールの出力が弱いので強いものをご用意いただきたい。部屋のユニットバスのカーテンが雑菌の匂いがしていました。洗面所の排水溝に黒カビがあるのに取り除かれていませんでした。気になりました。
