PROS: - Spacious room. - They provide all the amenities. - I do appreciate the toilet and shower bring separate. - Exterior lights make it convenient to find from the street:) This was a huge plus for someone who isn't familiar with the area. Once I got to the main street and saw the exterior lights, it made finding my way back to the hotel super helpful. - Customer service is great. - They're willing to hold your luggage as you explore the area. - It is about an 8 min. walk to Otaru canal. - There is a shopping street right next to the hotel and a Lawson's right around the corner. CONS: - It is about a 10 min. walk from the station, which is not bad, but if you're going during winter time, walking around with a wheelie bag/luggage is going to be pretty rough. - I wouldn't say it's super budget friendly, unless you're sharing a room and splitting the cost. Overall, I enjoyed staying at this hotel. Would I stay here again? Yes. It was a good central hub in the midst of touristy area.

Fantastic bath facilities with a great view of Otaru. However wouldn't recommend leaving bags here after checking out as they weren't left in the same secure room they were placed when we arrived but out in the waiting area which was obscured from the front desk. Would use the coin lockers at the station for better security.

Amazing staff at the front desk. The only downside was the bed was not as comfy as you would thought compared to other high quality facilities in this hotel, and the bathtub in my room didn’t drain well. Great location and very new hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Grid Premium Otaru and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way! The location is absolutely unbeatable—everything you could need or want to visit is just a short walk away. Whether you're looking for restaurants, shops, or local attractions, it's all within easy reach, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. My room was spacious for 4 pax, with modern decor and all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always willing to help with any request or recommendation. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and pleasant place to stay. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!
