Don’t stay here

My son had a snow boarding accident and we were staying here on the way to surgery. The hotel was old drab and dirty and the staff tried to charge extra fees beyond what the price shows online. They were unbending and completely unsympathetic. Stay at the best western across the street so much better quality and kinder staff.

The breakfast was our favorite and had a good variety every morning. The room was clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable we've slept on in Japan. Great Value, convenience

Nice hotel close to airport. Free shuttle was advertised but description needs to specify that shuttle is only available reserved only and is for transport to the airport, not from airport to hotel. Breakfast was really good!
