Fine stay for a night in Sapporo. Good view and lighting in the room with all necessary amenities. Parking structure near and close to station, convinis, and parks. Would stay again for a quick layover.

The room thst we booked was supposed to have a small living room area and the room that we got did not have that. The room that we got was also smaller than what was advertised.

Hotel was nice, great location. Issues we had were the room was extremely hot, was very uncomfortable despite turning heat way down. Also the bed and pillow were firm and thin.

We did two non consecutive nights (Sunday and the following Friday) at the Kieo Plaza Hotel as a means for getting to/from the airport (CTS), while on a ski trip. We were skiing (and staying) at Niseko village for the week. The Kieo Plaza Hotel worked out perfectly. We took the city bus from/to CTS, and combined that with a Hokkaido resort bus to get to/from Niseko. Both busses stopped at the hotel and resorts, so we didn't have to slough our luggage through the snow. Also, the Kieo Plaza Hotel stored extra luggage for the week we were in Niseko. We had several heavy pieces of luggage and cutting those down to the essential ski equipment was nice. Overall the staff was extremely helpfull helping with our luggage and making sure our trip went smoothly. The room was clean and well outfitted with coffee, fridge, etc. that met our needs. Across the street is a 7-Eleven that you can get essentials at, and there is a late night bar just a couple blocks up the street, with very good food if you get in late and the resturant is closed. We ate at the Breakfast buffet Saturday and the food was excellent. Overall the Kieo Plaza Hotel was a perfect fit and I highly reccomend staying there.
