The 40 sqm room is spacious and have in-room laundry machine and air filter machine that dump moisture to the space. Moderate moisture content in the hotel room is important for us from HK. Room equipment is brand new including the large LCD TV and the acoustics treatment is good and peaceful to live here for 7 nights.

Still has that new look, feel and smell. Construction ongoing for the shopping area in between the hotel and the train station but access is quick and easy. Very nice rooms, comfortable bed and well appointed baths. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend for anyone traveling through the area for a quick stopover.

プロ野球観戦で利用中です。 駅まで２～３分で雨に濡れずに移動が可能です。 エスコン⇔新札幌駅のシャトルバス利用に便利です。 地味～に気に入っている点が、次の内容です。 ・TVリモコンでYouTubeがワンタッチで開ける ・トイレが自宅と同じ自動なので微妙に手軽 ・バスルームと洗面台が別になっている ・５～７連泊なので、コインランドリーが複数階にあるのが便利（この階にもある） 近隣に３ホテルありますが、上の点が気に入って、今後もここにしようと決めています。 他県民ですが、毎月、５～６連戦観戦するので、８月と９月も既に予約済みです。

新札幌駅前のアクセスの良いホテル、新しく快適。翌日早い時間に札幌市内の仕事のために前泊。札幌中心部のホテルが高騰しているのでこちらに予約しましたが、正解でした。快速で一駅を厭わなければ、絶対中心部のアパに泊まるより、快適。
