Our room with queen size bed was a little small and window faced inside with no view. My children's room with twin beds are a lot better, bigger and have a view of the city. Hotel is a short stroll from Sapporo station where you can find variety of reasonable restaurants and Daimaru, where you can get excellent fruits.
Really convenient location in the heart of the city. We love the hotel breakfast, and the room are really comparable. Will certainly be back the next time we visit!
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. It’s location was perfect, making it easy to get around. The room was clean and comfortable, and I especially enjoyed the onsen and lounge facilities, which were well-maintained. However, the quality of the amenities provided in the lobby could be improved.
The room size for 3 pax is a bit unexpectedly smaller than what I think, and difficult to move around inside the room, it is basically a room for 2 person only. If I would know this, I will rather book or pay for a bigger room.
But breakfast is good however lack of varieties comparing to other similar categories of hotels, and disappointed they don’t even serve omelette in breakfast.
Otherwise, the hotel is in a good location easily accessible to Sapporo station, dining and shopping areas.
