very impressive breakfast. Beautiful hobby and taste of arts displayed. Clean and staff friendly. Not in the main central area of the city but airport shuttle bus stop just in front of hotel. Convenience for travellers.

Great place to explore Sapporo
We stayed for 7 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has charm, the rooms are spacious and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great as well. Situated at Toyahira River bridge it's only a short walk into town and there is a busstop in front of the hotel as well. It also has its own stop for the shuttle to the airport and offers a free shuttle to Sapporo station. You might need google translate as not all staff speaks english.

Nice hotel with spacious rooms and a great breakfast. The “club” room on the 10th floor was a quiet place to sit, but not much to offer in the way of good and drinks. Although the staff are very helpful, the language barrier for non Japanese speakers can be challenging. Overall a good stay. Would recommend.

Nice and clean hotel, but a bit away from the city center area with many restaurants and shopping shops. about 15-20 min walk needed. Fitness center was small and poor air-conditioning, below average level. Pool was not open. Breakfast buffet was good, but Il Salvace was good but too small, while California was big but too crowded.

Every single member of staff was outstanding. We have stayed at this hotel twice now and will stay again at a heartbeat. The breakfast was amazing every single day. The rooms are large and so is the bathroom. The airport limousine stop is right outside the hotel which is a great help. The property is extremely clean and the staff are extremely helpful and will help you with everything. The hotel has a free shuttle bus to take you to Sapporo station.

Service was amazing. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Location wise the hotel is great walking distance to nearby landmarks, shopping districts and restaurants. We barely took taxis as everything was walkable from the hotel.

Nice hotel with nice staff
Their Onsen was out of order while we were there. They were nice to provide free car parking while other hotels charges us. A good range of breakfast. They even provide takeaway cups for coffee or tea from the breakfast area. Walking distance to the popular Suzukino shopping area. About 10mins walk.
