Lovely hotel with large rooms and wonderful staff. Style of the hotel is older which does have its own charm, although it does lack sufficient power plugs near the bed. They do however provide an extension cord on request which does mitigate the issue to some extent. Location is a little further from the main areas of the city, but there are numerous free shuttles between the hotel and Sapporo station which makes it a little more convenient to get around. There are also city bus options that has a stop directly outside the hotel which can be used to access other parts of the city more directly. Overall a wonderful hotel which i would consider staying again especially if i'm looking for a larger room.

The hotel lobby has good design, feels luxurious. Access to the hotel is convenient by airport limousine bus, as the bus stops right in front of the hotel. Breakfast is also very good.

Older hotel with huge rooms and great service

Older hotel but huge rooms and the staff are lovely. It’s a bit out of the way but the airport bus drops out front and they have a van into town that I didn’t know about until I left. Fun lounge on 10 with beers from 4-7pm. Exact time of course. It’s got mostly large groups and they handled them nicely. But fine for just a couple. The Lawson literally across the street is super convenient. Even the window could be opened for a little fresh air which is nice.

Great hotel. Easy parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Good food options which is good because it is a bit away from the main part of down town. A little out dated in the decor but I felt like a king in the room I had. BEST BREAKFAST BUFFET OF MY WHOLE TRIP! Would stay here again.

Only 5 minutes drive to the city centre. Sufficient parking space at 1000 yen per day The hotel is a traditional one and you can see the marks when checking in the room. The cleanness is not as good as other 5 star hotel in Japan probably due to its age as you can see like water marks and mold especially in the wash room. Staffs are nice and can speck English.

The property at a glance is pretty. Unfortunately too many mainland Chinese tourists with little to no manners (and loud as heck). The hotel was also dirty and horribly failed the black light test for cleanliness. Toilets (in three rooms), not cleaned correctly. Stains throughout the rooms (carpets, walls, shelving and seating areas, just about everywhere but the bed sheets). My companion and I noted that this hotel, because it caterers to a specific group (mainland Chinese-it’s clean compared to their hotel standards) the cleanliness doesn’t meet European or western standards for cleanliness and fails to even meet Japanese cleanliness standards. The restaurants were closed most of the time and the bar was completely empty nearly every night. We tried it once and understood why - the “bar food” which is 2/3 bites of food for a regular person are the same price as a whole meal. Including their other restaurants. Just a really bad setup. We asked management to clean our room and had house keeping go in twice - before the third time we talked to management. While they put us in another room temporarily to reclean our old room, the new room they put us in was in worse shape then the one we were in. Just absolutely disgusting. Will not be staying there again. The major good thing we liked about this place was the Japanese resturant in house. That was pretty good and the staff were great. 👍 Cigarettes around the grounds outside and trash littered the alleyway where they bussed.

The hotel room was spacious and the staff’s service was excellent. Unfortunately my room was allocated near the lift and was facing the road hence we found it noisy. Sound proof wasnt that good. Breakfast was excellent with wine provided.
