Room different from what I booked

Overall was good stay but the room seemed to be different from the one I booked. I booked a 3 bed room with space of a table and 2 chairs between beds for tea time, but looks like they replaced us with smaller room with 3 beds but no space for table and chairs. Other than this, other small service issues are fine with us, overall not bad but if it’s the original room we booked would be a better experience.

A very nice place to stay, close to a metro station (Nakajima Park) and the staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast buffet was lovely and the rooms were very comfortable & clean.

We stayed here on our first night Hokkaido , were greeted warmly and provided everything we needed including directions to Ramen Street, which we loved and went back to on occasion while in Sapporo. Would recommend for short stay in Sapporo.

This hotel is a much better choice outside of winter time. The ice was more than two inches thick and it surrounded the hotel, which made walking really unsafe. We had some communication problems with some of the staffs with English. The room is spacious for two with two large suitcases. Overall the facility was clean. Parking was free for us. There was quite some walking to the center of Sapporo and to the nearest station.
