Left my cell phone in the room, locator showed it was in their office, but noone found it. Extended my stay another day. Kept the same room. Didn’t need housekeeping, but they charged a $25 fee to keep the same room. Which you have to pay in cash to the fromt desk agent. Kept my deposit because i didnt take out my own trash, which I did bag up for them. I would say you get what you pay for, but after a stolen phone and scammed on $50, I certainly lost money.

This was the most horrible hotel experiences. Dirty broken bed horrible mattress terrible odor , cacaroches every where , dirty bathroom and the few staff unprofessional. I recommend not to go there.

I complained about roaches in the room. Owner never did anything about it. Towels are dirty and look like they were not washed. Over all this place is filthy dirty. And the owner never did any thing about it.

AC not working

The room was so hot I called front desk and told the owner I also told him the reason was because there was no AC filter he clearly told me it doesn't need one he said it was because of the hot weather I had no other place to go

The pictures on website are lies. This hotel is a filthy, dirty motel. This appears to be a true to life 'roach motel' and I ended up having to book elsewhere as there was no way I would sleep or shower here!

The gentleman at front desk was rude. Charged more than reserervation was for and then tacked on a deposit. Made me go to ATM and pay the additional in cash. Would not let me use debit card. The room smelled like someone had been smoking inside, which was really unpleasant. There was no air conditioning, and there were no blankets provided to cover up. The only sheet on the bed was in poor condition. Overall, very disappointing stay.

I'm extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was appalling, with visible dirt and mold in the shower head, air conditioning unit, and bathroom. I strongly advise against staying here unless drastic improvements are made.

Horrible place to stay. Rooms smelled like cigarettes and when we asked for a new room the person working the front desk yelled at us and said we were lying that it didn’t smell. Once we were put into a new room, the A/C unit didn’t work. Terrible location.
