The room smelled terrible, the blankets were dirty, and the bathroom was disgusting. I paid for two nights but didn't even spend a minute in that disgusting place! I should get my money back.

Paid for 2 nights only stayed 1. No refund on 2nd night. Beds were hard and pillows were deflated. No mini fridge so had to buy a cooler for food. Not the best neighborhood late night.

We weren’t comfortable in the beds, and the air conditioner only worked in one of the two rooms. We got two rooms because of snoring which made it not helpful to have the leave the door open. Also, there was no mirror in the bathroom. I don’t plan on staying here again.

* Severe Property Damage: The room was in a "destroyed" state, specifically broken furniture, holes in walls and TV that was not working properly. * Sanitation Violations: The room was filthy, including mold in the walls and bathroom ceiling, dirty all over the floor and spots in the towels. * Safety Hazards: I felt unsafe due to exposed wiring and lack of safety equipments as required by law like fire/smoke detectors .

The room was unusable, dirty. Not ready for anyone sleeping there. Penty of hair and stains on the covers. Once I checked in, I did not find any available staff to complain to, and I needed to get to a wedding and prepare. I immediately booked another room in another hotel and left the keys in the room as I was instructed to do if I had to do an early checkout. I would like to request a refund for these reasons. I did not take pictures as I was in a time crunch, but I do have and can provide my reservation at the other hotel I made before leaving. Looking forward to hearing back from you.
