I received no cleaning in my room when I was told I had to have daily cleaning due to my animal. The housekeepers were absolutely rude and when I finally got them to come so my room. My bed sheets were never changed. The floor were mopped, but they were still dirty as hell. I was made to feel awful about using towels to clean up water on the floor with the towels but had no one to come clean it for me. I was told it’s my responsibility to come get rags to clean up any mess. I was also so humiliated in front of future guests and I was made to cry due to the absolute lack of professionalism! Not a good place to stay at.

You never said anything about $100 deposit I did not stay there I spent 3 hours in the parking lot with somebody manager at hotels.com it's been a week now I have not received my deposit can I please get my $150 some dollars back
