Our room was extremely dirty. The floors were disgusting. Bathroom not cleaned. Hairs on fresh towels. The front desk was not helpful. They were rude when we explained the dirty room. They were rude upon checkin and didn’t explain the amenities. She was not helpful at all.

The hotel was very nice, including the restaurant, bar, & pool. It is in a good area for walking to dining, shopping, live theatre, marina, and seeing the sunset. The only complaint would be about the pillows collapsing to nothing when you lay your head on them, but I find this to be the case with most hotels. Despite the pillows, we definitely recommend staying at this hotel!

The elevators at this property will add 10 to 15 minutes to anything you are trying to do. One of the three never worked, and it. You would have to catch one going up to go down.
