The property itself is nice. Things we really liked: Free manager’s reception each night with free snacks and drinks. The breakfast was really wonderful. Our room was nice with a great view. Things that could improve: The cleanliness of our room was lack luster. The sheets were stained and our bathroom was not mopped or swept properly. The parking situation needs attention. They did not have signs posted about parking. It was $35 a night for self park in the garage and no valet. The entrance is small and they need an attendant helping out because things back up really quickly. Plus if you are going to charge $35 a night then you need to offer valet service.

This place was great. Parking garage is super small, so if you have anything bigger than a Geo Metro it’s a challenge but the room and view were amazing and super clean.

I stayed here this past weekend and it was an overall great experience. There was just 2 things that kept me back from making this a "you should definitely stay here" Review. The rooms are great and extremely clean. The amenities are well kept and actually above average for embassy suite locations. But, they charge $40 per night for parking, which is usual at hotels that in a downtown area but this was not displayed anywhere with a sign or spoken about during check in, all they speak about is a $25 destination charge per night. So just in "fees" you spend an additional $100 for 3 days. Parking charges must be shown and spoken about at check in, it is very shady. Secondly, the breakfast was top notch, the only problem was they have a lady making omelets that seem like she just hates everything and everyone, conveniently she didn't have her name tag on while working... spoke to management about these 2 things and nothing was done.

The hotel rooms are very nice and clean. The restaurant and pool area is convenient next to each other on the 8th floor. Located near a bunch of shopping just a few minutes walks away.

Terrible experience all around, my younger son tested positive for Covid and I tried to cancel or change reservations. The hotel and the staff did not care one bit. They were not sympathetic and refused to refund or accommodate us by allowing us to change to a different date. I will never ever stay at a Hilton ever again. Horrible customer service.
