Extremely Disappointed – No Hot Water and poor conditions.I am beyond frustrated with my experience. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed the room was not up to standard. The overall condition was poor, an unpleasant smell lingering in the air and mold in closet.we got moved to another room and had no hot water. After a long day of travel, I was looking forward to a hot shower, but there was none. When I contacted the front desk about the issue, I received no helpful response or solution. For the price I paid, I expected much better service and quality. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I definitely will not be returning. the overall poor maintenance made this a very disappointing stay.we contacted the general manager after leaving and after 5 days no response.

I like the combination of old hotel style and modern conveniences, and you can't beat the location. On the other hand, the shower apparently only had two temperatures (too hot and too cold) and it took 5 to 10 minutes to switch from one to the other.

Toilet ran the entire Time we were there room 604. Upon arriving I was not sure the sheets had been changed I made them redue the bedding. Breakfast was mediocre. Being able to walk to dinner and lecom field was good. Hotel in general is not up to Hilton's standards. Needs updated
