One night stay only

The day of check in the female that worked day shift had no personality. She was helping someone on the phone & I waited about 4 minutes or so before she acknowledged me. Thankfully, the female that was on duty after 5 pm was very friendly, accommodating, & got us a pool side room, pre-paid within minute. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise to have scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, & gravy, aside from the traditional starch breakfasts other hotels offer. The 24 hour coffee was fantastic. I love an evening cup of decaf. Overall, good experience for this affordable Holiday Inn Express.

The shower ceiling had mold all over it. Beds were only so-so. Shoe molding in bathroom was bad in several places and separating. A lizard was all over our room. Carpets next to walls nearest each bed were full of dirt and dust & needed vaccuuming badly. Staff was very friendly though. Overall experience not one that I want to repeat. Unless rooms are perfectly cleaned & maintained & repaired it's not worth my money!

My only complaint is the water pressure in my room was trickles. I traveled with anithe couple whonsaid they had decent pressure. Idk what to make of that. But it did suck. Facility and room were clean and smelled amazing. Staff were professional and very friendly. Coffee was available 24hrs. and it was GOOD coffee. Complimentary breakfast was good as well. Overall very satisfied with my 2 night stay and would stay again.
