Brand damaging hotel

Had to change rooms due to a bug infestation. Spa closed. No room for beds inside by the pool. Booked and paid for the room in advance, but got charged again on check in, spending an hour on the phone to Hotels.com trying to sort it all out

A really good place to stay but out of the way from everything near the airport. Very clean, good breakfast. I guess my only complaint is when you have a late night and want to sleep in it sucks when room service is bangin on the door at 830. Then making noise up and down the hall. Do not stay here.

Staff is extremely rude! Very nice surprise of the building being under major construction with out letting you know at time of booking. When I said anything about it to hotels.com the front desk then called the room and yelled and threatened us. This made my wife and I fell extremely uncomfortable and scared for our safety. The man at the front desk that yelled and threatened us was Davion he is someone I will never deal with again. Also the bath tub was disgusting and the fixtures were falling off the walls. The air conditioner had a loud banging sound. See the pictures of the construction we were woken up to first thing in the morning that went on all day. Do yourself a favor and stay at another hotel.

Improving each stay.

Staff at front desk very welcoming and supportive. Requested housekeeping next day(as we were only staying two) and it was great! My wife needed it after a rough day at a conference. Although repairs and renovations are in progress the staff really assured us we shouldn’t be impacted and we weren’t.
