The hotel was clean but for the amoute of money I paid plus the daily fees. Of $28 I got charge on top of that for everyday I stood with them. It was not worth it at all. I was not happy the rooms needs to be update it’s old. Will not stay again with them And I will advise my friends and family the same thing.

This is an excellent hotel for visits to downtown Sarasota. It has a much more personal feel than other hotels in the area. The larger rooms are spacious and comfortable. The shower is superb, except lacking a safety grab bar. We had both breakfasts and a dinner in the restaurant, and the food was very good.

Quiet, Good location, but small

The hotel is small, so the gym is small and the pool area is tiny, just 3 lounge chairs. Free Wi-fi, coffee, fruit, club soda, were nice touches. Bed was firm. Not enough light in the room. No surge protector that I could see, needs to be one. Drying line in shower for wet bathing suits would be a plus.
