The hotel is nice and clean and new.. The rooms were clean, and the beds were pretty comfortable. The towels in the bathroom are very small and not very thick- so I was a little disappointed in that amenity. The free breakfast was just OK. The eggs were probably powdered eggs, the fruit appeared to be frozen fruit left to thaw out, the orange juice was from concentrate mixed with water. There were bagels, which were fine to eat and some cereal options, but in general it was lacking in terms of quality.

Very noisy bed. Bed frame was metal and it was making a noise every time you got in and out of the bed. Room had that musty smell. The bathroom needs a fan in it to take out moisture.

Property felt like it was constructed with paper. I'm surprised the recent hurricanes didn't knock it over. I was 5 floors up and the noise from the streets/highway was deafening. Could also hear every noise from every one of my neighbors. Front desk folks were friendly but would not stay again.

I book hotels through Expedia for work and stay in them 4 nights per week. Have done this for years. This is the ONLY hotel, including its sister property next door, that tries to get more money from me EVERY single time I’ve been there. They usually say I paid all but $5-20. Yeah, I’m sure Expedia is making me pay all but that much every time. Sometimes they proclaim that I haven’t paid at all when I had. And they never admit any fault and always insist I pay the extra! Never ever staying here again
