The location was hard to find due to a different name on the property. Not enough parking spaces because workers took up several spots. The place is old and no frills. No maid service or fresh towels. Had to ask for these. In all fairness a hurricane had hit Florida the day before. They lost all reservations.

We have found our go to stay cation place in Nokomis Florida. This place is absolutely wonderful. Cindy goes above and beyond at all times. This is a laid back feel good place to relax and unwind. The beach is really nice and only a mile away. Clean, comfortable and reasonably priced rooms. We loved it and will definitely be back!

This place will do if you just need to sleep, but it is not very nice. Some of the decorations in the room are just plain falling apart and need to leave this world behind. I had asked the lady in the front for some towels and I watched her walk into a room and pick up a towel off the floor.....and yes that is the towel she brought me. The trip was really good overall..so no big deal, but if you want to feel like you are staying somewhere nice....this is not the place.

I want a refund
This place is not safe and should removed from your website. Went to check in and left the property. Not kid friendly drug addicts hanging around property. Room has roaches everything was dirty and dingy …. It’s also a biker club hang out…… please refund me my money!
