Seems to be in not so great area - other similar motels are nearby. Outside of hotel looked dirty - needs paint, cleaning. Room looked to be recently refurbished but was a mixed bag of old and new. I will say the room was clean. It was fine for what it was - a place to stay for a night on a very long roadtrip

Had a difficult check in, no person available, had to deal with a television screen. He was very vague on what we needed to get my keys to the room. Had me call Expedia instead of him helping me. Expedia tried to talk to property but was unable to get anyone on the phone because there is no one there. Took an hour to receive my keys and he requested a credit card for $100 deposit or $250 cash. I gave credit card and they charged $318.18. I will dispute this charge if they do not remove. TERRIBLE experience with this hotel and not sure it may be part of Expedia's fault too.

Hotel without a human (touch)

Absolutely no human in sight ... directed by an impersonal screen to India where the individual has NO IDEA about anything but checking you in. Is this as bad as it can get in our world? Home away from Home? Hardly. This technology is disgraceful Stop it
