The place was dirty and there was no one a the desk. All communication was done through a person on a video kiosk, I felt very unsafe.

No live person onsite. Multiple people waiting to check in with reservations. Told at 6pm via Nick to wait in car unpacking lot until 11pm when they hoped to have someone out to site to resolve problem. This was done via screen set up in lobby by Nick who was at remote location. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!

A terrible property. Not Quality Inn standards . There was no one at the front desk. Entrance door was broken and I could stick my finger between the door and the door jam. Toilet seat was broken. Seat only held on with one fastener. I will never stay there again, nor would I recommend it to anyone. Powder coffee creamer was old and stale. Was like a stick of gum.

Cleaning service did not come daily. We asked for extra pillows, and they didn't have any. Service was through computer which is very impersonal, and pictures of the were looking different from real view. Also, the room had a strong sense that made me cough during the night and was very small for what we paid. I would not stay in that hotel again.

Thee hotel needs rehabbing desperately. The room was clean but the furniture was in terrible condition. Very old and run down. The cost was not worth the money.

Worse stay ever!

This stay was actually scary. There were Hispanic men in the parking lot near my room with a bottle of whiskey on the hood of their car snd beer bottles. There were there for at least 4 hours drinking. I met a lady parked near me and her words to me were I think I made a bad decision, I said me too. Checkin was also concerning. No human only the wizard behind the screen. The room was clean but the furniture and fixtures were worn out. Worse hotel stay I ever had and I am 70 years old.

Not even a 2 star hotel.

Quality Inn? They need to put a whole lot into this place to call it quality. It’s an old run down motel. The beds were comfortable enough and the shower was good.

Property has some updates, however, overall construction needs repair. The ac unit was extremely noisy and the landline did not work. There was nobody on property upon check-in. The free breakfast only had yogurt as the protein, no eggs, bacon, sausage. The front desk person at checkout was very nice and accommodating when I requested a receipt to show credit for room deposit.

No on-premisise staff at office; had to check-in vis a kiosk with some rep that was not onsite. VERY STRANGE AND DISCONCERTING Exterior paint on entry door pealing off in multiple places. Entry door did not seal when closed allowing wind and light to gain entry. Bathroom door knob extremely loose, almost falling off. Smoke detector on upper entry wall had constant flashing light … blue thdn white then off then repeat, etc. MOST DEFINITELY THE NOT-QUALITY INN.
