The internet access could and should get an upgrade. I was unable to get online when I had to complete some work assignments. Otherwise the staff was great and welcoming. Even the “FaceTime” type station in the lobby was adequate. I would stay there again, granted I didn’t have any work obligations.

The person at the front desk just walks out at three o’clock. I was waiting to check in and get a room number and a key. The bath tubs in two rooms were so slick that my girlfriend fell and our friends both fell. They had the nerve to tell us they would give our money back but move out!!! What ever happened to real customer service?

The check in was on line, but the connection went down Three times. They told me it was a momentary thing when i asked. If they knew this was happening they should have told me, despite their promises on the contrary, the Wi-Fi was terrible, mostly inexistent. Breakfast was pretty bad compared to other similar hotels.

It's a 3 * Hotel, and for the price was well located, nice staff, breakfast, internet, room services, pretty good. the only thing, a lot of people around the common areas at night, like they're living there, but otherwise, I'll book it again

I was in the area to do some hiking and biking but hotel.policy wouldn't allow me.to bring my expensive bike i to my room Bike was new and exceptionally clean so I didn't understand the issue. On a much better note. I left an item in my room and the house staff found the item and held it fo me.u til I could drive back from Tampa and get it.

Quick stay

The breakfast was awful. only 1 waffle maker, nothing premade. only eggs and sausage. no hot cocoa only tea and coffee no milk or juice avail or any allergy info. we just left. Staff was friendly but no one likes that tablet virtual indian guy. Our room was fairly clean. relatively speaking but all the doors and trim needs tending.
