Nice stay

Old building, but well maintained. The beds were comfortable, linen was soft, and rooms clean. The restaurant had good food and drinks. All staff encountered was pleasant.

Enjoyed the location, the restaurant that is so much fun, and the ability to access everything from it. I recommend the Hotel. What I am not happy is that Travelocity is not helping me at all with a failed Car Rental - just washing hands and that is not good customer service.

Stayed here to be near Ringling College. Hard to find a hotel in this area that isn’t gross. My son and I loved the tiki bar restaurant. Live music on the water, beautiful grounds and lobby, and so nice to sit by the dock. It is a motel-style hotel, though, and you are going to hear very loud airplanes flying closely overhead. If those things don’t bother you, this is a nice alternative to going all the way downtown or staying at one of the local scary hotels. They seem to truly care about your stay. Beds comfy, showers great.

There is an airport close to the hotel and you can hear the airplanes every 10mins passing by to land. The breakfast was flat, not to many options. In the rooms you can hear other guests talking. The view of the hotel was nice and the restaurant in the back very convince and with live music

This is an old hotel and it looks dated. Rooms were clean. The breakfast bar was well stocked and employees were friendly. The tiki bar had a loud rock band when we visited. The tables and floors were dirty. The back of the property was nice to walk around. The front of the property is on a busy highway.

There were very nice ammenities on site. Not many dining options within walking distance, however the TIKI bar had excellent food and great options. The only downside to the stay was the loud music on the weekends at the TIKI bar. Just wish I had been warned of the music. It did stop at 10 pm on the dot, so that was a plus. Just be aware that if you want to go to bed early, don't get a room next to the TIKI bar. The staff at the TIKI bar were fantastic. I was there for work, so I was going to be early. If I was there on vacation the vibe was perfect!

The hotel is older, but it is clean and relatively updated, although, the bathroom needs a little work. The property is right on the water and has some nice common areas including outdoor patios. There is a kayak rental right on the property. Breakfast was decent and parking is plentiful and free.
