The area was very quiet and clean. The beach is less than a two minute walk with a very accessible area. The pools available were so fun and the times of operation were very flexible. You have lots of food options nearby that you can walk to and there’s a trolley stop right by the hotel. We will be back soon and I will be recommending this stay to friends!

We had a wonderful stay here everything about the property was great one minor gripe was the amount of glass being allowed in the pool and also security didn’t do enough to Stop it a huge family arrived one day eating drinking in the pool if you have pool rules stick to them . Get rid of wristbands

Great location! Nice, clean, brand new room. booked a two bedroom. Bed in master room was large and comfortable - the two beds in the second bedroom were ok. Walkable distance to dining and shopping and there is a free trolley that takes you all around the island. Beautiful new pool. The beach that is walkable distance is ok. The real beautiful siesta key beach is about 10 minutes away which you can take the free trolley to.

First time on siesta key, loved shelling and beaching all day! Loved walking at night to restaurants and shops. Overall this is a great place to stay. The new pool is awesome with plenty of shade! I would recommend this for families and couples.

It was good, except for a couple of cons

Very nice and updated one bedroom apartment. Close bo beach but not on the beach. It was a very quiet area which we loved. However, bathroom is very small and unless you are staying more than a couple of days, the maids do not replenish coffee supply or toiletries. We were there 3 days and just barely made the tubes of lotion and shampoo, and coffee packs last through that time. I’m sure if we would have asked at the front for additional items, we would have received them but at all other hotels the maids usually give you more coffee, toiletries, etc. on a daily basis. Also, only what was left of the tissue paper from the prior guests was there. We had to ask a maid the second day for an additional roll. These little things should always be taken care of in our opinion.

People at the front desk were very friendly. Room was immaculate, bedding was clean, mattress was clean, towels, fridge, couch, floor, and walls were all very clean. They had everything you needed for the kitchen and they provided a sponge and dish soap. I was very impressed with the cleanliness. The beach was private with white sand and Jake, the beach attendant was the best. Food and shops within walking distance such as pizza, ice cream, seafood, and a couple bars. A 7/11 was across the street too. It was peaceful going to sleep, I could not hear the neighbors or anything outside. The only downside to the whole resort, was there were no beach bars, or places to get drinks on the resort campus. All in all 5 stars, thanks!

The property staff was great, we loved that they have coffee available for the guests, parking was closed to the property, it was good overall. Now, the things we didn’t like are, one is that there is a separate company that rents the equipment for the beach, it was like they own the beach, in other places we’ve stayed in Siesta Key, the hotel provided the chairs at no cost. this rental company has an employee by the name “Andrew” who was very rude. They assigned you a space and you don’t get to pick where you want to be. The housekeeper didn’t provide new toiletries when they came to clean.
