My son and our stay was excellent. Our trip was last minute and we are so glad we chose Tropical Breeze. The staff was pleasant and attentive. I can get over how beautiful our room was and the pool clean and inviting. We have made a commitment to stay at the resort every September. Perfect weather, crowds low and the convenience of the Sierra Market near by was a plus for grocery items. No need to rent a car, Sarasota airport is 20-25 min away - Uber $18-22.00 each way. I can go on and on about our stay.. just say that you won’t find a better and I can’t wait to return. Thank you Tropical Breeze Resort!!!!

Location great, front desk very friendly & helpful. Property could use an update. Water pressure very low. Plenty of towels a plus. Bad smell in bathroom like burnt food ! Slow to dissipate. Might be from shared ventilation. Kitchen nice. Shower leaks a lot of water onto floor-bad design.

Exceptional location, right at the heart of the Siesta Key Village. Five minutes walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Free parking (though limited during the weekend). Friendly and helpful staff. The room is clean, spacious and well-maintained. Fast WiFi. Love the full size kitchen, including a large refrigerator. My only complaint is the mosquitoes. Bring some bug repellents.

The property is beautiful, clean, and the neighborhood is safe. Upon arrival we were told there was parking on the property. There are 4 units to the building and 4 parking spots. When we pulled in, after dark, three cars were taking up the 4 parking spots. When we asked one of the visitors to help us by moving his car, he stated it wasn't his problem.

Have been to Tropical Breeze several times - the location cannot be beat! So quiet, and yet so easy to walk to the village for some fun :) The only issue we faced was that the sink in the bathroom didn’t drain (well) and that was a pain (and kind of gross!) Groundskeepers and housekeeping staff do a fantastic job of maintaining the property. Thanks for another great visit.

The room was nice and clean but the pool closed early, the tables and chairs are not well kept, dusty. Also, tenants take up 2 parking spaces and parking is already limited. Not worth the money. It’s also still a long walk to the beach access with no sidewalk fyi
