My lamp didn’t work, and I asked for a bulb, but the maintenance man came and brought a bulb but it still didn’t work, so he brought me 2 nice new ones. It only took a few minutes.

Everything was good only complaint i habe was the one bartender at the Tikki bar the older lady was ignoring me and not giving me service but the other bartender the younger one notice it and came and took my orders. I dont want to say it was a race thing but i think it was. Other then that i will stay here again.

My family had a great stay! The quality of the gym was the best we’ve ever had at any property we’ve stayed at. Lots of machines and weights, a stretching room, and a view of the pool area. The coffee machine in the lobby makes a great cup of coffee with many options and syrups to add. We received a voucher for breakfast from the cafe there and got some scrumptious pancakes with fruit with it. The food at the tiki bar was amazing. I recommend the flounder tacos. Our bartender was really friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction.

Hotel OK but ver humid

The stay was good along with services, just that the room we stayed has lots of humidity, even though there was an humidifier in the room. It keeps turning off and making noises. Hotel should check their ventilation system or install better humidifiers
