Although there was a full size refrigerator the freezer part was the only section that worked well. There was no waste basket in the bathroom and no tissue box. Had a small electric stove but no utensils, dishes or pots and pans. Was not worth the price paid for the night I was there. Overrated and overpriced

Gross hotel do not recommend.

Room is dirty, sheets had dirt on them, multiple small roaches in the room. Spiderwebs in the bathroom. Heavy perfumed chemical smells throughout the place almost to cover up bad smells.

Bugs and roaches beds, head hair, and dirty. Looks like they hadn’t changed the sheets. The sinks and bathtub was filthy. Somebody’s hair in the sink on the floor and in the bathtub had to go get bug and roach spray. They were crawling all over the place the walls, the floors. Worst place I’ve ever stayed in.

Johnny was an excellent host and really made the stay enjoyable. Very accommodating when my baggage was lost and I was in need of the essentials. Johnny was extremely friendly and outgoing and would make anyone’s stay here amazing.

Walked in and there is a sign that said help yourself to coffee I asked for a cup and they said no coffee is available. I inquired as to the location of the ice machines and they said we don't have ice. Went to the vending machine to get a pack of crackers for $1. Then got charged $2.25. no frills bare Bones but I guess you get what you pay for these days. Staff is completely lackadaisical no greeting no hello no goodbye

Room smelt FUNKY. Beds were clean, floors were dirty, saw roach in bathroom. Water pressure was absolutely horrible. My friend and I both left with sinus issues that cleared up within hours.

room needs paint. 2 basic chairs and one was damaged. long dark hairs in bathtub. toilet seat not right. checked in and discovered paying 20% more through hotels.com than their normal rate !!! heat did not work and slept with pillows on top to keep warm. requested heater to be fixed the first night and it was never fixed.

Smelly basic hotel.

Room was below expectations. Moldy seilng in the bathroom and it smelled musty/moldy, no fan in bathroom. No iron, no hairdryer. Had to take dirty towels to check in to trade for clean ones. Tub was slippey, felt dirty and the bottom was not a flat stable surface, felt lumpy. The lobby area around elevator smelled like garbage. The halls were filled with smoke from someone smoking marijuana on the floor.

We stayed here for a soccer weekend and it was the closest available to our venue. The hotel served its purpose but for average of $200 per night, it is NOT worth the price. The staff was accommodating and friendly. But the hotel itsels was very disappointing. We found roaches in our room and so did our friends who stayed in another room. The water pressure was next to next to nonexistent. Unfortunately we were not able to move to another room as the staff told us they were all booked, as were most hotels nearby. The sheetts were worn out and the bath towels were barely larger than hand towels. Of the 3 nights we stayed, there were no cleaning service. Overall, the hotel served its purpose, but for the price charged, we expected better.

Horrible hotel!!! No one at the front desk..smells sooo bad throughout..bugs in rooms..beds so uncomfortable!!!!! Pillows bad..dirty on sheets..I cannot believe a hotel looks like this and yet we had to pay $300 due to a soccer showcase! DO NOT STAY HERE!

While located near I-75, and presumably a motel, it’s really and mostly a boarding house for construction workers. No Room service “every two weeks.” Change and turn in your towels and linens. 😳. It’s quiet. It’s clean. It has a refrigerator and small hotplate. It’s reasonable new. But it’s bare bones and sterile.

Went here for an interview. The staff here are friendly and helpful. We checked in earlier than our time but they managed to get a room ready for us, which I’m grateful for. Though the room can be a little cleaner. The bathroom didn’t have hand soap and there were weird splatters on the bathtub floor. It was just for one night and it was close to where I’m interviewing, so I’m grateful for the stay.

Cockroaches running up my arm woke my son and me, the facility was not well kept and the staff made no attempt to make it better and since I booked through Expedia they made 0 effort to cancel my 2nd night or somehow make it up for the bad experience.
