Check in was easy and the room was immaculate, updated and in excellent condition. Nice television as well as small refrigerator, microwave and Keurig. Though I liked the easy checkin which was alll done by text/email and then given a room code, I did miss the personal checkin experience of meeting the motel manager/staff.

The owner has taken a lot of time to update this motel. The rooms have been updated with a rustic flair, simple decor which is very pleasing. They have updated their check in to online and is very easy to use and secure. It’s nice to see someone making the effort to update an older property.

Love the colorful sheets and towels. Gives place a homey feel. Comfortable bed and pillows. Love the microwave and frig. Can park right outside unit door. And can walk to and from the springs.

Surprise surprise !

Initially it looks old and run down. Then you get inside your room and it’s clean, spacious and comfortable. Small Fridge, Keurig, and a microwave. Probably the best room I have stayed in over the last 5 years.

The renovations that have been done are to support the travelers that are they to snowmobilie, hunt, fish etc. They are basic. Clean beds, clean bathrooms, but not much else. If you are looking for luxury, look elsewhere. These fit my needs well because we don't spend much time in the hotel itself. For the price, I think it is a good deal.
