It took two tries to get a room that either the heat worked or where there wasn’t a smell and leftover drinks in the fridge. The third was fine. We slept well. Breakfast was nice. Robin the attendant was very friendly. The front desk was very nice. Overall a good stay but an unfortunate start.

We were not pleased one bit with our stay . First the heat in the bathroom was broken . Then the power went out for over an hour. Then from 1:30 til about 4 am people were screaming in their room and or in the hall we tried to call room service multiple times and no answer at all . We did not want to open the door because I was afraid of what was going on and I didn’t want to get hurt if people were fighting . I am so upset . That was my girlfriend and I first date night and over night stay and it was ruined .

The 2 young ladies I encountered at the front desk were absolutely amazing! Sweet, kind and generous in their offers and recommendations of places to eat. I was in town for a 3 day conference and I couldn’t have stayed at a better place. I will definitely be back this summer to explore the town more!
