We arrived and just dropped our stuff in room, then left. Came back couple hours later. Only to find bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly. Someone used toilet and didn’t flush. Of course we started to look around better. Went to front desk to complain and they moved us into another room without issue. The one thing that made me think this is a common issue . Was staff said this doesn’t happen too often. Shouldn’t happen at all! Makes you wonder how good of cleaning they actually do. Then next room appeared to be clean. But you have to wonder.But the door to the room was very hard to shut. This was an issue with other room too. I will not be recommending or returning to this place in the future.

Pet?

The room was fine and the staff friendly. My only complaint is that when hotels say pet friendly they exclude cats. Cats are pets too. This needs to be specified on your website and that of the hotels. We were turned down at one hotel and guilt tripped at the other. Thanks

It took two tries to get a room that either the heat worked or where there wasn’t a smell and leftover drinks in the fridge. The third was fine. We slept well. Breakfast was nice. Robin the attendant was very friendly. The front desk was very nice. Overall a good stay but an unfortunate start.

We were not pleased one bit with our stay . First the heat in the bathroom was broken . Then the power went out for over an hour. Then from 1:30 til about 4 am people were screaming in their room and or in the hall we tried to call room service multiple times and no answer at all . We did not want to open the door because I was afraid of what was going on and I didn’t want to get hurt if people were fighting . I am so upset . That was my girlfriend and I first date night and over night stay and it was ruined .
