Excellent experience. Bed comfy. Food at the restaurant was spectacular we ate.at the bar the 1st night had a happy hour special which was a Regent Burger with fries. So delicious.We also had breakfast/brunch there on the day we left amazing. The staff was also very friendly. My only complaint was that the room have glasses or an ice bucket I consider that an oversight. The other thing that.i didn't care for was no housekeeping during our stay, I realize since COVID most places don't provide it but I wasn't the only guest complaining about that, we met a couple during our stay commenting about it. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area. Away from the hustle and bussel of the downtown and quiet, but close enough to enjoy the area. All the staff work hard and all with a smile, they took the time to make us feel special.

Rooting for them to make a go of this recently renovated hotel, but the experience was not what one would expect from a 4-star hotel. We had a corner room on a busy street and there was a lot of street noise that could be improved with double-paned windows. The room needed dusting, there was no bath gel in the shower, the walls are thin so could hear our 'neighbors', the kitchen floor needed a sweep, not terrible, but not without crumbs, and worst of all was the refrigerator which was very dirty. There was a slight smell of cooked food as though someone had been eating in there recently.

Beautiful Hotel

This is a beautiful hotel. The room was comfortable and very well decorated, as was the whole hotel. We did not use the spa or the restaurant, but I'm sure they would have been great as well!

Basically a very nice place; newish, clean, nice design. Staff was friendly and helpful. Less than perfect was housekeeping. I was not expecting 2 double beds. I don’t remember whether I was given a choice at reservation time but I would not have made that choice. Overall an excellent two day stay.

This is a beautiful hotel with an incredibly kind, accommodating staff. The front desk manager, Amy, was extremely kind and went out of her way to make sure we had an amazing stay. Additionally, the other staff were also very kind and helpful, from the front desk to the restaurant to housekeeping. We will definitely be returning to this wonderful hotel!
