Great location and lovely staff, but the property itself feels quite dated. Be aware that some rooms, like ours, require navigating stairs and two elevators, which may be inconvenient for some guests. The gardens are lovely and a real highlight, but the ground-floor interior, particularly the bar, feels dated and rather depressing. Overall, if I were back in Gubbio, I would choose to stay somewhere else.

Best place on my trip by a long shot

One of the most amazing hotels in the world. Staff were incredible, clean rooms, amazing views, really good breakfast. Heated pool, all the amenities you need to relax. If ever in the area, would stay again and again. Highly recommend.

I had the top floor room with a large terrace and spectacular view of the lake. A wonderful Breakfast was served on the terrace. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. There are some little things that could use improvement. They see fit to only give you one towel even though there’s a hot tub on the patio. There are no tissues and only a small rubbish bin in the bathroom. I would definitely recommend it and hope to return.
