The rooms are very dated, the entry door was all cracked and held together with screws. The sheets were very old and pilly and fitted sheets were not even used. They just placed flat sheets on the beds. The showers are very old and dirty. The installed window units for AC but there was an inch gap below the unit and frame allowing heat and bugs to enter. The tv’s are dated and the remotes are old and didn’t even have covers on the back for the batteries.

The property itself was convenient as far as location and places to go for meals. The breakfast included with the stay was quite good and no issues there. Unfortunately the restaurant on site is closed on the weekends so we had to go out to find other places to dine. My main issue was finding out the air conditioner didn't work. When we arrived and checked in, we turned it on and went out to tour around. When we came back it was then we found out the AC had not been working and the room was terribly warm. When I went down to the desk to let them know the lady basically told me there had been other complaints and she had been trying to get ahold of maintenance but had been unable too. Rather than suggesting a move to a different room she said I could complain to Expedia for a refund and we could go to another hotel... I don't think I am about to pack up at 8pm and try to find another hotel. Not sure I would go there again.
