Property was good and clean. Most staff were friendly . However, staff at check in specifically Brandy was incredibly rude. Felt like we were a burden to even be staying there. We ran into an issue and instead of trying to be helpful made comments such as “if I’m not here for your next stay you’ll know why” implying she could be fired. I wasn’t asking for her to do anything beyond her job and I wasn’t hostile just asking for assistance to resolve the issue. Overall we avoided the desk after that and likely won’t stay again. It’s a shame when you have one staff member like that who ruins the experience.
I walked in to check in approximatly 8pm and I stood at the counter for 5 minutes while the staff behind the counter was sitting down and texting on his cell phone. The phone rang which made him have to get up so while he was up he got me checked in
