Clean, modern rooms. Excellent staff. Good Japanese breakfast. Across the street from the bus station and close to Sannomiya station. Maybe a 15-minute walk from Shin-Kobe station--take a taxi if you have a lot of luggage. Dozens upon dozens of places to eat within two minutes walk.

The Royal Park Canvas Kobe Sannomiya
It was one of those “I didn’t expect this” kind of experiences. The hotel staff were very nice, the room was clean and comfortable, and I loved the auto flush feature on the toilet. The breakfast was good, and overall everything felt new and fresh.
