The room was great for solo travellers. Great location. Staff was great but just a bit of confusion understanding english, but pretty good and overall friendly and welcoming and helpful. Great amenities. Buffet breakfast was good.

I didn't have any bottled water in my room, so I tried to buy some from a vending machine on another floor, but the machine only accepted coins, so I couldn't make a purchase. I hope the hotel puts a drinking water bottle in each room, or makes the machine accept digital money.

Great place to relax and reflect. Very Japanese experience with wonderful garden and delicious breakfast. Plenty of pretty walks nearby. Good coffee shop on site and Laundry facilities. Kind and friendly staff.
