No clean towels, stayed 10 days and never once cleaned my room. Did not even empty garbage cans. Vacuums were left in hallway. Carpet in hallway smelt musty.

Air conditioning noisy, space between door and door jams, left space so light shone thru and noise from hallway came thru loud and clear. Bathroom tub would not drain properly and shower head squealed while taking shower. Carpets stained. No way we wanted to walk barefoot. I would never recommend this hotel chain to anyone let alone stay in one again.

Pet friendly is a plus however I didn’t have a pet. I stayed in a pet friendly room and am extremely allergic to pets and I didn’t have a reaction. There was some dust on the vanity in the bathroom and the A/C unit was not working which kind of sucked. And it was pretty loud on the main floor. There isn’t much noise isolation from the door into the hall however everything else was good! I didn’t have breakfast so I can’t really say, however there looked to be a great selection and lots of amenities available. Wifi was solid too. The bed and pillows were incredibly soft and comfortable. 10 stars for that. All in all, cheap, convenient, and comfy bed. What more do you need?
