The staff go above and beyond. It is an older hotel that they have maintained and working hard to keep a good environment. The breakfast was great. Only thing is needed to ask for room to be cleaned (trash bin was smaller so needed it to be emptied more). Close to everything you would need in Saskatoon.

The place is very old, but clean. It’s dated and could use some TLC, but did the job and let us get some sleep between our drive from Edmonton to Winnipeg. The woman working the front desk overnight May 17 was PHENOMENAL. So friendly, kind, and helpful.

Found a cockroach in one bed then another in the tub I took it to desk clerk he apologized and then said he would pay for our breakfast and then went to restaurant to order the lady told me I can only get basically was the chrapest type of breakfast. I know ill never stay there again

So I have a laundry list as to why this place is horrible. The "maintenance guy" asked if we had any uppers to sell. There was what seemed to be blood stains on the wall. The lock.... was just a key that barely worked. How many times has that been copied? The door security latch was held together with a bold with no nut and was easily removable from the outside. Place was crawling with junies. There was carvings in the wall, as if someone had taken a knife and slashed about. The phone reciever wouldn't even attach to the phone. Hot water took 20min to heat up. Black mold all over the bathroom Tags and debris all over the back of the bathroom door. The door to the suite had clearly been kicked in before and left little to no security. Smashed out windows of a suite 2 down. No security cameras on the parking lot and minimal lighting. Don't bother with this place it should be bouldozed and owners should be ashamed.

The hotel is under new management it looks like, renovations in progress. Our room was very clean, some older fixtures but some nice modern touches too and fresh flowers! Its been decades since I jave seen fresh flowers in a hotel. On-site resturant had great prices and nice portions very friendly and helpful staff. The beds were also very comfy. The halls can echo a little and you can hear the sound through the doors but the place was quite after 10. Will stay again on our next trip to saskatoon.

Room was real nice, staff was amazing and the breakfast was good only thing that sucks is that it starts at 8am so if you are there for work most likely you'll miss breakfast. The restaurant inside the hotel is amazing! Must try. The bar that is attached to the hotel i would stay clear of it kinda sketchy. Overall all it was a good stay for the price. This will be my go to stay in saskatoon everytime I'm there

The price with free breakfast thats a hidden Gem in saskatoon. The hotel room was impressively clean and well maintained. From the moment I walked in, everything felt fresh and tidy the floors were spotless, the linens were crisp, and the bathroom was sanitised to a high standard. It was clear that housekeeping pays close attention to detail. Staff were amazing they always down to help.

It is in a rough area, the room was clean and the staff friendly enough. The room had a burnt out bulb upon entry, and the front desk was good about coming and changing the whole fixture immediately. The restaurant was NOT open for breakfast on the weekend (i left by 830am both weekend days and was assured it would open at 9am... but i didnt stick around to find out) so we were offered sandwiches and desseet squares that were extremely mediocre. Monday morning the restaurant opened at 8am and the food was actually a very good basic breakfast. A rough crowd hung around the outside of the hotel, but once in the hotel, i didnt have any issues.

Everything was pretty good, keep in mind there is no elevator so be mindful of luggage. Staff will help if asked! AC wasn't the greatest.. it was VERY hot in the room with it cranked high even. Breakfast was really good! Made fresh!

Breakfast was open 2 hours after we had to leave. They did give us a sandwich each and juice but we had to ask for them. The bed was terribly uncomfortable and barley enough pillows. The lobby was so noisy at check in that I could hardly hear myself think. All in all a terrible experience and we will not be back.
