Bed comforter had holes in it, other bed comforter had stains, hair in bathroom sink and a dirty bathtub. Would not use phone as it was gross!!!! Never again

Room was quite clean and perfect for my stay. My only downvote is that there were four of us checked in the room and we only had two towels. I received a check in text asking if there was anything I needed and I asked for more towels and they were never delivered.

I had requested connecting rooms, the man working at the front desk seemed very new and unsure, the woman he asked was more concerned about putting on her perfume and eating a banana and replied "no more rooms." I checked online afterwards and there were multiple rooms available, unsure if they were connecting or not, just that she couldn't be bothered, bothered me. The room was decently clean but the coffee maker was not, and one of the towels had black hand prints on it. Ive stayed here multiple other times, but never been this disappointed before. We were going to stay 2 more nights but went elsewhere instead.

We have stayed at this location a number of times and likely will again. However on this occasion, the breakfast was sub-par with both the pancake and waffle machine either inoperable or out of batter. In addition, the bread for toast was low and not replenished.
