Dog welcome bag was amazing. Hallway carpets on all floors dirty. Room had a toilet that rocked side to side. Next to elevator so the entire room shaked when it moved. All room doors have an inch gap making privacy questionable and was too noisy for hallway conversations. Room main door had a mechanical opener but no tension on close so we slammed it each time and adjacent rooms too. In room carpet was peeling and the bathroom wallpaper too. Beautiful property but poorly finished and upkeep ignored.

Having recently stayed this level of hotel in Edmonton and Vancouver - was expecting a clean, maintained experience. Room and linens were in need of some updating. Carpets throughout are dirty. Most unpleasant was the smokey chemical smell in the room. I assume it has been mentioned before, but we checked in late, so maybe ended up with a poor room - the smell was unpleasant. Based on this experience - can't recommend over other 200.00/night hotels.

Ok for airport proximity

Good if you need to be at the airport early, otherwise there are probably nicer places. I was next to the elevator and the doors are really thin. The shuttle was ok though.
