Not happy at all!

The service was terrible and the room was disgusting, my family and I will never stay here again. The front desk should take customer service lessons! The shower drain was full of hair and there were stains all over tne mattress! Never ever again!

The prices of the rooms should better reflect the inconvenience of having construction going on at the same time. $174 plus fees felt a little pricey for a standard room with the hotel in that condition. Some plumbing problems due to poor upkeep of toilet had us need to call an emergency to the front desk but they were very considerate and got the repair done quickly. Saying they have a hot tub is a bit generous. A small 5’x5’ triangular whirlpool in the corner of the pool area is the reality. Pool and amenities around it needs some attention but was still functional. Bar staff was a highlight. They went above and beyond but overall I felt the value of the stay did not measure up to the price. I hope that changes once construction is completed.
