The staff were just great, very friendly and helpful. However, the hotel was under renovation during our stay. There was a lot of noise every morning, and we even experienced a water cut. When we asked for compensation, the manager said we should have let them know earlier so they could change our room. But the issue wasn’t with the room — the noise and water problems affected the entire hotel. If we had known about the renovations in advance, we would have reconsidered staying here

The room was reasonably furnished with microwave and coffee maker, clean. The restaurant on site does not allow minors, which is very inconvenient, if you want to eat with your kids. The only other option is room service. Front desk staff was a bit condescending, I booked higher floor and breakfast in my package but they completely dismissed it, putting me on 4th floor and having me to fight with them to get the breakfast vouchers.

They stay was wondering as usual. Location was great my son and his family also stayed in the same hotel, walking distance to the movies. There was a youth hockey team staying there that caused a ruckus. Other than that it was great, the staff are wonderful, parking was great. But the bed is way too soft and needs to be replaced.

The hotel is very difficult to find owing to little or no outside signage. Check in was average to slow. Minimalist (to be kind) continental breakfast which they attempted to charge us for. No early morning coffee station in lobby and the TV remote was a mystery for our whole stay. Two PhDs in the room and could not really figure out how it is supposed to work.
