Overall was an excellent deal. Fantastic check-in by Kira-ensuring every detail was met. Great location. Safe secure parking. Delicious breakfast in the morning with a multitude of choices. Room was well set up but needed a better cleaning of the bathroom.

I booked a room so I could utilize the hot tub, only to be told it was out of service. South access door has a key pad lock that’s broken, no efforts made to fix it. -36C, only parking in back of building and had to walk to the front door.

Great hotel, pulling off of Idlewild into the hotel parking lot is a bit annoying. But once you figure it out, it’s not too bad. Overall, the hotel itself was awesome and has a super good breakfast!

Easy check-in and breakfast included before flight was very convenient. I do wish that when booking it said the times of the airport shuttle because I assumed it would be running for my morning flight as it said included, however they don’t start until 8 am so I had to pay additional for transportation that I thought would be included.
