Clean and comfortable

Stayed for a business trip. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Room was spacious and perfect for our needs. Loved the express check in and express checkout. Very smooth and absolutely preferred when arriving late and in and out a lot. Would definitely stay again with our whole family.

The room was very clean and comfortable with a great arm chair to relax in. The kid loved the swimming pool, plus the short but exciting waterslide. We loved the hot tub. Breakfast was typical continental plus hot items.

Subpar Stay August 26, 2025

The pool does not look like the online pictures, there were no fountains and the waterslide was broken the day we checked out. The breakfast area didn't have enough seating so we took our food up to our room. It was a little below average for a continental breakfast just because they had less options than other hotels I've stayed at. My room wasn't very clean. There was a hair on the toilet, food left in the fridge from a previous guest and the sheets on one bed were dirty or stained.

Room-to-room noise. Floor-to-floor noise. Overall quite noisy. However it is a family hotel with pool, so noise is to be expected. Would definitely opt for a top floor if I stay again. Plus, $25 fee to check-in early is a bit of a money-grab in my opinion.

The room smelled like sewer all the time as the bathroom ventilation was bringing smells from other bathrooms in to our room. The breakfast was horrible.
