They need plugins between the beds above the night table so you don’t have to get down on your hands and knees to plug your personal items in…example C-pac machine.

The mattress sagged and there was no microwave or coffee machine. We got a cookie when we registered and there were minimum choices for breakfast but you wouldn’t go hungry.

I very much liked your hotel and my stay. Only thing I would have liked would be a coffee maker in my room and better TV channels but maybe that isn’t something you can change. Next time I’m in town I’ll be back. Would definitely recommend you to other people. Thank you.

Positives: Location was very convenient, staff was great, place was nice and clean. Negatives: The toilet in the room didn’t work properly and the only option was to use a bathroom in another room or deal with the toilet as it was. the beds were not comfortable. The breakfast was definitely not impressive.

I won't be booking at a Motel 6 again - the beds were terrible there was a very hard memory foam topper on the mattress - not comfortable at all, it was VERY noisy - people in the hall talking and laughing and slamming doors until 3 am - the room doors were not sound proof, you could see daylight around the entire door. After driving for 12 hours travelling home, getting a room that is comfortable and reasonably quiet shouldn't be too much to ask. They advertise "free breakfast" but only offer muffins and cereal - not an option for someone who needs gluten free! There were lots of options for rooms, but we chose motel 6 because it was just off the highway - really unhappy with this hotel.

Overall our stay was very good. There were a couple small issues with our room that were inconvenient but not enough for a negative overall review, such as the tv did not work and the desk counter top had obviously not been cleaned. The room was nicely renovated, the curtains were great at keeping the room dark in the morning.
