The restaurant managers took more time trying to make sure they had an even amount of patrons per server than getting us to our seats. I watched it happen every time someone walked in the door. People stood there for over 5 minutes. The renovations will be nice when finished but in my room the silicone around the newly installed tub was horrible. Grouting wasn’t finished properly. It’s not the property’s fault, it’s the lack of craftsmanship of that company. Hopefully someone will do an inspection and get things fixed up a bit. I like staying and will continue to

Hot. Room was. Hot. No a/c. Should’ve been disclosed when booking it. They brought me a fan. Uhm! Windows don’t open. Had to sleep with hallway door open. Safe? To cool off the room Stayed there lots and get treated like this! When asked the next day. It was sorry. You booked through hotels. Nothing we can do!

I have stayed at the parktown a few times before but this time was very disappointing. From the elevators not working at check in and i had to haul my suitcase up 6 floors. Alarms going off when i checked in. And the AC not working in my room. It was 25 degrees in the room and all they could tell me is that they have a one boiler system and offered me a fan. To which it never arrived. I did speak with front desk several times. Didn't get much sleep that night

I love staying here and have for many years. This last trip was just ok as they are doing renovations and we had some issues with paint fumes. Looking forward to the finished product and I will stay there again

I stayed here for work. Was okay - beautiful on the river but rooms were outdated. Doors had no locks on them, as a solo traveling female I didn’t love that. The bar outside also had some issues after hours that security had a hard time with so a little loud.
