Rooms are nice, clean. Our room, coffee maker didn’t work, shower drained slow who’s is fine. The one big issue is parking. There is little to no control. They provide dedicated parking spots but no monitoring. Not sure what security does there except for hang out with all the people just hanging out. Might wife felt very unsafe. I wouldn’t say it’s at that point yet. Breakfast was great. Nice area, but won’t return to this hotel.

My husband was ill at ruh. I phoned late in the evening to try to find a place to stay in the city. Your staff immediately said yes they had a room for me at a very reasonable rate and told me go on over. It was so reassuring to have a place so close to the hospital . It meant so much to me at this stressful time. Thank Park Town.

I’ve stayed at the park town in the past but this time was the best. I had a newly renovated king suite. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Deep soaker tub! I did need help figuring out the tv as it’s some fancy new smart tv but staff were super helpful. 10/10 would recommend and will be staying here again.

Room was very nice but the AC barely worked, the tv was lagging the entire time, we couldn’t even watch anything. An alarm went off at 1am and woke us up. Nobody announced anything but turned out to be nothing after going off for 30+ minutes. Overall probably wouldn’t stay again.

This is a nice property in a rough area. Although there was no pool as advertised. Construction. I am a female travelling alone…junkies wandering through the parking lot at all hours. 7am I witnessed a very sick human do a face plant in the parking lot. I called the front desk and they responded immediately and ambulance was less than 4 minutes. All the drama of an urban downtown area :( It’s too bad since this hotel is nice, and the dining is great.

Excellent stay while attending Rock the River. Walkable to venue, great parking, quiet, clean room and great coffee. Appreciated the slippers and the pouf sponge in the room!

The signs for the hotel didn’t have a clear smoking area and once I was far from the hotel and tried smoking, security came to try and kick me out, also swore at me because I have never stayed here and didn’t know where the smoking section was. Treated me like I wasn’t a paying guest. Awful security for having a first time guest, treating me like i’m not staying at the hotel and like I don’t know how to read signs. Very demeaning. Wouldn’t stay here again.
