Minor things but could have been prevented , no towels in the room apon arrival, no do not disturb sign in the room , only given 1room key for 2 adults, matress was beyond warn out and very sagged out in the middle , check in was less then ideal , carpet stains throughout room , staff was good when issues were addressed just that they could have never happened
