Over hotel was nice, staff was slow but I think we checked in at a bad time as there was a line. Asked for towels from room service twice with nothing given. Hotel room had a stain on one of the furniture and there was a rip in the bed sheets. Not the best stay but not the worst either. Would stay again cause it was cheap.

It was the first full day I had taken off in a month. I had been thinking to take a day trip but decided to turn it into an overnight stay with my grandkids. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was wowed. The courtyard was absolutely amazing, the staff were proficient, the pool was nice, the room was cozy and the buffet Sunday morning was an absolute delight. I will definitely return.

Very good hotel.
One night stay. Hotel is in good shape considering age. Room great except for some caulking that needs attention in shower. Restaurant very good. Handy snack store at front desk. Reasonable price.

We have stayed here before and have always had a good experience. This time, however, when we arrived to check in it was about 4:30. There was a huge lineup at the check in with only 2 staff at computers. We did not get to the front of the line until after 5:30. Our personal check-in was quick, so I’m not sure what the problem was - maybe an announcement should have been made telling people to have their ID etc ready? Maybe more staff is necessary if there are going to be that many check-ins? We came down an hour later and the line was still out the door.

Waited an hour in line to check-in to our room, there were only two tills open but a manager was just roaming around and looking at the two front desk employees. Absolutely useless. The room was not very clean, we went out and purchased lysol wipes to wipe the tables because there were handprints and stains on them. These rooms need an upgrade, taps on the tub were falling off, unable to open windows (they’re bolted shut), scratch marks on surfaces, stains on the roof of the shower, the carpet is falling apart. Very disappointed!

Loved the location for my trip. Tons of parking and very safe feeling! Nicely up kept and staff was all very friendly. Room was cozy and very comfortable. Lounge staff was extremely friendly and good food.
