Koh Lipe is paradise
Nice service. There seemed to be plumbing issues but they were sorted out. TV only had Thai channels. Got a couple relaxing massages on the beach

Beautiful property, wonderful views and amazing staff. Every one was kind and helpful. Breakfast had lots of choices with the selections changing daily. Our favorites were the fruit and traditional Thai food. Can't wait until my next visit!

Hotel is located in a beautiful and private location. Rooms were large and spacious and bed was very comfortable. We were a bit disappointed in the limited breakfast options and found it to be lacking considering the higher price point we were paying but overall the staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay.

Horrible hotel.... only good thing is near beach
This hotel is over rated and not worth the price you pay for it at all. For starters the bed is really hard and pillows are as hard as stones ... you can’t even lay your head on it. The bathroom is so basic and do not expect anything from the toiletries. The breakfast served was horrible and coffee you will have to make your own. Breakfast choice is very limited only eggs and white bread.... the most pathetic hotel ever!!! The guy who runs the hotel is a very rude guy, absolutely no hospitality at all. My worst hotel experience ever.

Terrible way to treat customers
There were big cockroaches and bugs in the room when we check in so we rated on the Expedia. Moments later, the owner or manager was so angry and he came to our room to ask us why we gave him a low rating. And he complained back to us that it was because the door was open that is why insects came in. Under normal circumstance, hotel staff/ manager/ owner should not be angry to customers. Also, it does not matter if the door is open or not, cockroaches should never appear in the hotel.

Brilliant location, helpful service and good amenities. Simple breakfast but certainly adequate. Good bars and restaurants nearby. Lovely stay! Owner very obliging!

If I visit Lipe again,I would definitely stay here
It was great. Those staffs were great. They really took good care of us. The price was included the breakfast. My husband can't eat some type of foods and they fixed something else for us.

Nice little hotel
This is a great hotel located right on the best beach in Koh Lipe. It's at the quieter end of the beach with nice little areas to swim and relax on the swings in the shade. The room is lovely with a nice view over the beach, breakfast is adequate, most staff don't speak much English although Norbert is from Germany and speaks perfect English so is able to help with any questions. There is a free shuttle into walking street where most restaurants are, however there are some great restaurants near the hotel as well (Serendipity for the view, 10 moons and Castaway for the food). There seems to be some bioluminescence along the waters edge at night which is interesting to see. Good snorkelling off sunrise beach as well. Quite a fair walk up the hill to some of the rooms although it's definitely manageable even in the heat. The shower isn't separate from the rest of the bathroom so it tends to get very wet everywhere in the bathroom. All up, a great hotel and I would stay again
