Check in was quick. Got the king hot tub room. Lots of pillows which was great. Tub worked but took a couple tries to get enough hot water to run it. Hotel very run down looking on inside… exterior doors were never locked at night.

Nice little place! The staff were very friendly, convenient location. Pool and hot tub were warm although a bit dark. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast in the morning was incredible! Lots of different hot and cold options.

Room was clean. Big and had a table to play in which was great. breakfast was ok. Hot tub was not in service,with caution tape when asked staff didnt know why. Pool was tapered down in the 5 ft area hard to swim in.and hubby hit head on bottom.

The entire hotel, except the main lobby, is outdated and in a state of complete disrepair. Do not recommend staying here for more than a night or two. The room was outdated, with next to no airflow without propping the door open. Keycards stopped working multiple times a day. Exterior doors were able to be opened without keycards. Pool and sauna barely functioning.

We didn’t like the shower curtain because it hung outside the tub and when you got out of the tub, the floor was soaking wet. Also, when we got there, the pool was not working and they don’t tell you that when you call and make a reservation they need to tell you that stuff because I had my granddaughter’s with me and we couldn’t swim there. We had to go to another hotel so that we could swim over there. The room smelled so bad. Like old carpet molding smell terrible. I will not return there.

I had a really great stay overall at the Comfort Inn in Sault Ste. Marie. My room was clean, comfortable, and well kept, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. The pool area does show some wear and tear, and the jacuzzi tub had a front panel that looked a bit offset or caved in, which stood out. However, those were minor issues compared to the overall experience. Aside from that, everything was wonderful and I would absolutely stay here again.
