I’ll Start by saying the staff are lovely and friendly. However, the place is just not great - Unfortunately, unfortunately, the HVAC units in the bedrooms are incredibly noisy. Constant cycling on and off despite any settings makes it impossible to sleep. You basically have to shut off the units to have peace and quiet. The breakfast starts late at 6:30 AM with Nothing more than a few warm sausages and liquid eggs. You may be lucky and get oranges and some cereal, or a pancake. The coffee is terrible. Good luck getting TV channels on the Roku TVs. Unfortunately, the location has an alley between it and the adjacent hotel that is frequented by people very late at night loitering - Not exactly a secure feeling. I will give them credit that the bed is comfy, and the pillows are great, but the rest is not so wonderful.

Great Staff

The team at the front desk were super friendly and welcoming. I usually stay at the Quattro-but my last experience with the staff there was poor. Making this change was refreshing. Room was great, bed was comfy. I had a little fireplace which was nice. Indoor parking-but my vehicle was oversized. They quickly accommodated me to park in the front, due to the amount of snow piled in their outdoor parking area. The breakfast could've used a few more options, but overall was fine.

Ladies washrooms across from the breakfast room are disgusting. Most doors did not have working locks. No toilet paper in some stalls. Toilets didn’t flush well.

The hotel exceeded my expectations! It’s a really good option for this money. The hotel is old, but clean enough. A bit loud, but it was comfortable to sleep. Breakfast is good, for every taste. Underground parking is a very convenient option.

Great Stay!

Great place to stay. Value wise was great. It was clean, bed and furniture comfortable. The hotel has a decent breakfast and the bar/game room was great. Loved covered parking. All the staff are friendly and constantly working hard. Located central to shopping and walking to local sights.
