The pullout couch didnt function so my guests had to sleep on the floor. The staff couldnt bring me a cot or rollout bed and were very rude. The pool was closed also. I had to leave a day early and they wouldnt refund me they gave me 23$ for their lack of sercices and incompetence to give me the amenities i paid for

I was surprised to see that although I paid to stay at this hotel, I also had to pay a $6 fee to park my car in the hotel parking lot. This should be included in the room price, not an extea charge.

Everything was great! For a one night stay I have nothing but kudos for everything. Parking was out front door. A bit of a walk to the room (didn’t realize how BIG The hotel is) Would recommend and stay again..

We enjoyed our stay but please enforce your rules in pool and gym. There were a lot of unsupervised kids in both, and the few parents there were drinking White Claws (even though sign says no food or drink) instead of supervising the kids.

The breakfast had a good selection of food. It provided healthy choices. The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful as well. Would stay there again when I am in Sault Ste Marie.
